Walking into the production workshop of Baoyan Industrial Technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd., the first impression is clean, tidy, and orderly. It is understood that Baoyan Industrial Technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd. is invested and constructed by Taiwan Baoyan Color Art Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 45 million US dollars for the release paper project, building a high-standard factory of 28,000 square meters, capable of producing 200 million square meters of release materials annually.
Release paper, also known as isolation paper, anti-stick paper, or silicone oil paper, can prevent the prepreg from sticking together and protect the prepreg from contamination. Although it is just a thin sheet of paper, it goes through multiple processes such as printing, double-sided release film, and curing, requiring very high product quality.
